Almost Four Weeks In and I’m Still Waiting to See a Difference
I’ve been using this consistently for almost four weeks now, and unfortunately I haven’t noticed any meaningful change in the appearance of my neck or skin. My skin does feel moisturized, which is nice, but for a product specifically targeted toward the neck, I expected to see more than hydration by this point. My skin tolerates the formula well overall and I haven’t experienced any lasting irritation. It absorbs without leaving my skin feeling greasy, but it does temporarily make my skin look a little red until I really work it in. I also haven’t noticed any additional glow or radiance from using it. The application is probably my biggest frustration aside from the lack of visible results. The serum is a fairly thick red liquid and comes with a dropper, so it's not easy to apply. Normally I prefer droppers because I can dispense a product directly onto my skin without touching the dropper, but that’s difficult with this formula. Since it’s thick and pigmented, I have to be careful about where it goes and usually end up using my fingers during application anyway to avoid getting red drops on my clothing, robe, rug, etc. I’ve used other products, including several from this brand, where I’ve been genuinely impressed by the results and could clearly see why I would continue purchasing them. So far, I’m just not getting that with this one. Pros: Moisturizes my skin well Doesn’t leave a greasy feeling No lasting irritation Works well with my skin overall Absorbs well once thoroughly worked in I’ve had very good experiences with other products from this brand Cons: No noticeable improvement after almost four weeks No added glow or radiance Temporary redness during application Thick red formula can be messy Dropper isn’t particularly convenient for this consistency Have to be careful around clothing and fabrics Difficult to justify the price based on my results so far Overall: I’m not sure what benefit I’m supposed to be seeing beyond moisturized skin. At almost 46 years old and after losing 30+lbs, I was looking into treatment options for loss of tone and firmness of the skin on my neck and along my jawline. The serum arrived in a heavy frosted glass bottle with a functional dosed dropper (Amen!) I have been applying the watery-gel naturally red tinted formula on cleansed and toned skin (3rd step) morning and evening. At 50, I'm all about skincare that focuses on hydration, firmness, elasticity, and softening those lovely little fine lines that seem to multiply overnight! 😂 Korean skincare has really caught my attention lately, and PUFF is quickly becoming one of the brands I'm most excited about. First off, the bottle is RED, which I thought was just cute packaging. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the actual SERUM is a gorgeous, glowy red too!! I was not expecting that! NAD, EGF, peptides, and collagen are all interesting ingredients in the anti-aging skincare world. EGF and peptides are included to help support the appearance of smoother, firmer skin, while collagen helps with hydration and that plumper-looking finish we all love. NAD is a newer ingredient in topical skincare, so I'm curious to see what it can do over time. I especially appreciate that this is designed for both the face AND neck, because at 50, ignoring your neck is no longer an option! I'm not expecting miracles in a bottle, but I do love finding products that focus on hydration, elasticity, and helping mature skin look its best. Between the gorgeous glowy red serum and the thoughtful ingredient combination, this one has definitely caught my attention. My 50-year-old skin is loving this Korean skincare journey!

Not Impressed Despite the Hype
Since turning 40, I’ve been looking for skincare products that support my “well-aging” journey, so when NAD+ started trending, I was intrigued by the potential anti-aging benefits. I already use and love several PUFF products, so I decided to give the NAD EGF Firming Serum a try when it launched, especially with claims to fill lines, lift, and give the skin a glow. I’ve been using this serum for a little over two months, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any of the benefits I was hoping for. It hasn’t reduced the appearance of my wrinkles, improved my skin’s elasticity, or given me any noticeable firming or lifting effect. On the plus side, it’s not irritating, layers well with my other skincare products, and doesn’t feel greasy or sticky. However, I also don’t find it particularly hydrating or moisturizing. It doesn’t plump my skin, give me a glow, or seem to provide any noticeable skin benefits at all. Maybe I simply need to use it longer to see any potential anti-aging benefits, but I don’t feel the product offers enough immediate or noticeable benefits to justify continuing. Unfortunately, I won’t be repurchasing it just to find out.

I mainly use the booster and micro current mode on my device. Definitely is a win with this combo. My face is feeling plump. The consistency gives a nice glide while also drying down nicely. No crazy fragrance. At 36 I’m very intense about skincare. So this is in my rotation along with retinol, salicylic acid, aha, bha, PUFF pore pads, red light therapy but not all at once. I’m seeing really good results! I do take the product down my neck and chest but do not use the device on my neck or chest.
